I ensure full protection of my clients’ personal data, including payment information, names, and addresses. I reserve the right to publish prices and quotes in cases where my products are resold, in order to prevent scams and unfair pricing practices.
To reserve a commission slot, you must send me the design of the fursuit or the specific parts you would like to order. After I provide a quote and we agree on all the details, a deposit is required. Once the deposit is paid, your commission will be placed in the queue and will wait for its turn to be worked on.
After discussing the details of the commission, I will try to provide an estimated completion time. Please keep in mind that this timeframe may change depending on the complexity of the design and the current commission queue.Remember that creating fursuits is an artistic process.
I care deeply about the quality of my work and I do not accept pressure to rush the process.
Payments can be made via BLIK, bank transfer, or PayPal.To reserve a place in the commission queue, a non-refundable deposit of 30% or 50% of the total order value is required.30% deposit applies when ordering a fullsuit or partial suit50% deposit applies when ordering handpaws, a tail, a head, or other smaller partsThe deposit secures your place in the queue and is used to purchase the materials needed to create the costume.Work on the fursuit will begin only after the deposit has been received.
The finished costume will be shipped only after the full payment has been completed.If the commission is canceled during production, an additional fee will be charged based on the amount of work that has already been completed.
I provide regular updates on the progress of your commission in the form of photos sent through private messages. This allows you to monitor the process and provide feedback if necessary.

All clients must be 18 years or older to place an order and make payments.If the client is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must contact me directly before placing an order.
For fullsuit commissions, a DTD (Duct Tape Dummy) is required. This is a mannequin made with tape that represents the client’s body shape. You will also need to provide additional measurements such as head circumference and foot size, which I will request in private messages.The DTD must be made according to the following guidelines:- use a painter’s coverall / protective suit- use strong duct tape- make sure the DTD covers the body up to the ankles, wrists, and neckThe accuracy of the DTD directly affects the fit of the finished costume.
Poor-quality or falling-apart DTDs will not be accepted.The mannequin should represent the client’s current body shape as accurately as possible.
Changes to the design are possible before work on the fursuit begins.
Once work has started or materials have already been purchased, I cannot guarantee that any changes to the design will be possible.Before reserving a commission slot, please make sure that you are fully satisfied with your design.Please note that making changes may also affect the final price of the commission.
All products made by me come with a 6-month warranty.The warranty covers:- manufacturing defects- damage resulting from normal useThe warranty does not cover:- damage caused by improper use- damage caused by the userAfter the warranty period has expired, repairs are still possible, but they will be paid services.Shipping costs in both directions are covered by the client.
If a client has a reserved slot in the queue and their commission enters the production stage, all required information must be provided on time, such as measurements and the DTD mannequin.If there is a delay in providing these, a fee of €25 per day of delay will be charged.

There is a possibility that some of his fur may accidentally come into contact with the materials.If you have a severe allergy to cat fur, please take this into consideration before ordering a fursuit from me.
